Kornit Atlas MAX DTG printer, 3D DTG printing Kornit XDi textured apparel decoration
First of all, Kornit Digital launched its new MAX industrial printing lineup. Its core highlight is the XDi module for professional 3D DTG printing. Furthermore, this technology creates high-density textured graphics. It can perfectly simulate embroidery, vinyl prints and heat transfer effects. In addition, it replaces multiple traditional decoration steps. The new solution cuts raw material waste and labor costs at the same time.
Meanwhile, Kornit rolled out ActiveLoad Automation robotic system alongside MAX technology. The automated handling system relieves factories from heavy manual fabric loading work. It stabilizes continuous mass production, cuts human error and eliminates quality fluctuations caused by worker fatigue, regardless of operator experience level.
Furthermore, Kornit Digital CMO Omer Kulka stated MAX technology brings eco-friendly on-demand manufacturing to mainstream apparel markets. The brand plans to expand this 3D DTG printing solution to team uniforms, athleisure, fashion wear and home textile decoration sectors. CEO Ronen Samuel added that global brands increasingly recognize on-demand production as the ideal solution to satisfy personalized consumer demands.
To sum up, XDi-powered Kornit Atlas MAX unifies texture simulation, wide color gamut output and automatic feeding into one industrial device. It helps garment factories lower production waste, cut labor costs and launch premium textured apparel products without extra equipment investment.
